Site Waste Solutions are looking for a driven and motivated Operations Coordinator who has previous experience working on a face paced hire desk. The successful candidate will be based at our head office in Queenslie and must have a flexible approach to working hours.

SWS are a Waste Management Company based in Glasgow working throughout Scotland and the UK.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is resilient, a high degree of confidence, have the ability to multi-task and answer high volume calls co-ordinating the daily hires of our very busy desk.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build solid relationships with our customers. Attention to detail and relevant experience of CRM/Order Systems is a must as the role requires inputing data into our hire software. You will of course be pro-active to ensure all departments work together and utilise your communication skills effectively.
It is a desk-based role, working directly with our other departments, liaising regularly with customers, operators, and waste partners to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer.
Experience of using IT software and previous waste management knowledge would be an advantage but not essential as Full training given.
The role requires you to have the ability to work in an ever-changing fast paced environment whilst supporting other members within the team.
Salary: £Negotiable based on experience
Benefits: Company pension. Competitive rate of pay. 28 days holiday.
Working hours : 8-5pm Monday to Friday
