Site Waste Solutions is a leading waste management company based in Glasgow. We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Office Administrator.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative support tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office. Your key responsibilities will include:
Answering phones and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Maintaining filing systems & Customer Portal (both paper and digital)
Providing administrative support to the sales and operations teams
You will be successful if you have:
A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar administrative role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive and can-do attitude
