Cancer is a devastating disease that has touched the lives of millions of people around the world. It is a disease that knows no boundaries, affecting people of all ages, races, and backgrounds. While there is still no cure for cancer, there is hope. Thanks to ongoing research, we are making progress every day in our fight against this disease.
One organisation that is at the forefront of cancer research is Cancer Research UK with their annual Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) campaign. SU2C is a global initiative that brings together scientists, researchers, and clinicians from around the world to accelerate the pace of cancer research.
They are dedicated to finding new and better ways to prevent, detect, and treat cancer.
This November, SU2C is calling on everyone to join them in the 100 Squats a Day Challenge.
This challenge is a simple way to get involved in the fight against cancer and make a difference in the lives of those affected by this disease.
Our very own Lisa Gillespie, even on day seven, is fully committed to doing 100 squats every day throughout November.
By participating in the challenge, Lisa is looking for as many donations as possible for Stand Up To Cancer. Every donation helps to fund life-saving research that could one day lead to a cure for cancer.

Please consider making a donation to Lisa's page today. Together, we can make a difference in the fight against cancer.
So what are you waiting for?
Wish Lisa good luck, she’ll need it, and get donating.
